Inhee Lee

Electrical and Computer Engineering Department
  • Inhee Lee received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, in 2014. From 2015 to 2019, he worked as an Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Michigan. In 2019, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Pittsburgh as an Assistant Professor. His research focuses on circuit design, particularly in areas related to space, including radiation-hardened circuit design for space applications, cryogenic CMOS circuit design for advanced quantum computing, and energy-efficient computing for harsh environments. Additionally, he plans to teach a course on "Extreme Environment Electronics" as part of the Pitt Space Initiative.
