Dr. Samuel Dickerson is a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering, specializing in electronics, circuits, and embedded systems. His expertise in the design and simulation of mixed-signal integrated circuits—integrating both digital and analog electronics—including rad-hard designs tailored to Space applications. Dr. Dickerson also has extensive experience in the design of embedded and cyber-physical systems for remote sensing applications. In addition to his technical expertise, Dr. Dickerson is dedicated to enhancing engineering education. His innovative approaches to teaching engineering are especially well-suited for training the next generation of engineers who will design and operate space systems, ensuring they are equipped with the cutting-edge knowledge and problem-solving skills needed for successful space missions.
